Synthetic Methylotroph Saccharomyces cerevisiae Whole genome resequencing

This project provides the whole genome resequencing of Saccharomyces cerevisiae SCDM001, SCDM001_ALE and SCSA001. Strain SCDM001 serves as a diploid control strain that has not experienced SCRaMbLE and ALE. Strain SCDM001_ALE is a synthetic methylotroph obtained after strain SCDM001 underwent adaptive laboratory evolution. Strain SCSA001 is a synthetic methylotroph of SCDM001 that underwent SCRaMbLE and ALE.

本项目提供了酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）菌株SCDM001、SCDM001_ALE及SCSA001的全基因组重测序（whole genome resequencing）数据。菌株SCDM001为未经历SCRaMbLE与实验室适应性进化（adaptive laboratory evolution，ALE）的二倍体对照菌株；菌株SCDM001_ALE是SCDM001经实验室适应性进化后获得的合成型甲基营养菌；菌株SCSA001则是SCDM001经SCRaMbLE与实验室适应性进化处理后得到的合成型甲基营养菌。
