本研究采用微阵列（microarrays）技术，对比野生型（wildtype，常用缩写WT）与Bcl6敲除（Bcl6 KO）巨噬细胞在脂多糖（LPS）存在或缺失条件下的基因表达水平变化。实验所用总RNA提取自野生型及Bcl6敲除的未经刺激与经LPS刺激的原代骨髓源性巨噬细胞。
