Targeting the electron beam powder bed additive manufacturing equipment and processes for complex precision metal components, this work develops electron beam powder bed additive manufacturing equipment with independent intellectual property rights, and conducts testing on the printed parts. This dataset contains the room-temperature tensile strength test results, room-temperature yield strength test results, and elongation test results of as-built TC4 titanium alloy specimens formed via selective electron beam melting (SEBM).
