Host cell gene expression in Influenza A/Duck/Malaysia/01 (H9N2) infected MDCK cells at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 hours post infection

We used the microarray data to analyze host cells response on MDCK cells infected with A/Duck/Malaysia/01 (H9N2) A/Duck/Malaysia/01 (H9N2) infected MDCK cells were harvested at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 hpi and RNA extraction was performed using standard protocol as described by Affymetrix. The aim of this experiment is to analyze host response to Influenza A/Duck/Malaysia/01 (H9N2) infection.

本研究采用基因芯片（microarray）技术，分析感染A/鸭/马来西亚/01（H9N2）A型流感病毒的犬肾上皮细胞（MDCK）的宿主应答反应。将感染该病毒的MDCK细胞分别于感染后2、4、6、8和10小时（hpi）收取，随后按照Affymetrix公司的标准实验流程完成RNA提取。本实验的研究目的为分析宿主对A/鸭/马来西亚/01（H9N2）A型流感病毒感染的应答反应。
