Malaria-specific Type 1 Regulatory T cells are more abundant in first pregnancies and associated with placental malaria [Whole Blood RNA-seq]

To investigate gravidity dependent immunity to malaria we sequenced whole blood RNA from women with and without parasitemia and both pregnant and non-pregnant controls. Overall design: Whole blood RNAsequencing data among pregnant and non-pregnant women in Eastern Uganda.
