КЛИНИЧЕСКИЙ СЛУЧАЙ ВРОЖДЁННОГО ПОРОКА РАЗВИТИЯ ПОЛОВЫХ ОРГАНОВ У ДЕВОЧКИ: ПОЛНОЕ УДВОЕНИЕ МАТКИ И ВЛАГАЛИЩА С ЧАСТИЧНОЙ АПЛАЗИЕЙ ОДНОГО ВЛАГАЛИЩА

The article presents a clinical case demonstrating the diagnostic algorithm and treatment tactics for a patient with complete duplication of the uterus and vagina with partial aplasia of one of the vaginas. The article emphasizes the relationship between uterine malformations and abnormalities of the urinary system. A girl at the age of 14 was admitted with complaints of intermenstrual spotting from the genital tract, painful menstruation. During the instrumental examination, two uterus were visualized, and in the projection of the vagina on the right, an ovoid formation with a thick muscular wall and liquid contents. Right-sided renal agenesis, which was diagnosed in infancy, was also confirmed. As planned, a junction was created between the right partially aplastic and normal left vagina by removing the intervaginal septum. The above clinical case is an example of the importance of a multidisciplinary approach, since timely diagnosis can prevent unjustified surgical interventions and the development of urogynecological complications.
