资源简介:
The transition to e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the educational landscape, prompting important inquiries regarding user engagement and the long-term efficacy of online learning platforms. This study aims to identify the key factors that affect users' willingness to engage with e-learning systems in the post-pandemic context. To achieve this, the research employs the extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to examine how system quality, service quality, information quality, and internet self-efficacy influence perceived ease of use and perceived benefits. Furthermore, the study investigates how these attributes impact the intention to continue utilizing electronic learning systems. Data were gathered through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings confirmed all proposed hypotheses. With perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use acting as the primary mediators, factors related to the system and users significantly shaped users' behavioral intentions. These results offer practical insights for developers of e-learning platforms and educators, aiming to enhance user experience, engagement, and retention
