Comparative group from a Brazilian DIPG clinical trial

Group of patients with DIPG (symptoms for less than 6 months, involvement of more than 50% of a pontine segment or two or more segments), treated with radiation (54 to 60 Gy) and tamoxifen during and after RT (200mg/m2) at the AC Camargo Hospital in Sao Paulo. The graph shows the estimated probability of survival calculated by the Kaplan-Meier method, using the R programming language, *survival* package. The package *RCurl* was used to capture the data from the .csv file stored on github repository. The graph also shows the 95% confidence interval.(Excerpt)

本数据集纳入了一组弥漫内生型桥脑胶质瘤（DIPG, Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma）患者，其症状持续时长不足6个月，且肿瘤累及超过50%的单脑桥节段或累及2个及以上脑桥节段。所有患者于圣保罗AC·卡马戈医院接受治疗，方案为放射治疗（总剂量54~60 Gy），并在放疗期间及放疗后联合服用他莫昔芬，剂量为200mg/m²。
本数据集配套的生存曲线依托R编程语言及`survival`扩展包，通过卡普兰-迈耶（Kaplan-Meier）法计算得到估计生存率；数据提取环节通过`RCurl`扩展包从GitHub代码仓库存储的.csv格式数据文件中完成。该生存曲线同时标注了95%置信区间。（节选）
