Infection and transmission rates determined at 14 dpi are presented as percentages (number of virus positive mosquito bodies or saliva samples / total number of engorged mosquitoes). Titers were determined for mosquitoes with a fully disseminated infection of ZIKV or CHIKV. The results represent the cumulative data from three independent biological replicates.

本研究呈现了感染后14天（14 dpi）时测定的感染率与传播率，以百分比形式展示，计算公式为病毒检测阳性的蚊体或唾液样本数与吸饱血蚊子总数的比值。针对寨卡病毒（ZIKV）或基孔肯雅病毒（CHIKV）发生完全播散性感染的蚊子，我们测定了其病毒滴度。本结果为3次独立生物学重复的累积数据。
