此数据集是祁连站2011年1月1日—2011年12月31日人工观测冻土冻结深度数据集，每日08时观测。
2.数据内容：
数据内容为冻土器冻结深度数据集。冻土观测是利用灌注在橡皮内管中水的冻结深度 (长度 )作为记录的，根据埋入土中的冻土器内水结冰的部位和长度，来测定冻结层次及其上限和下限深度。以厘米（cm）为单位，取整数，小数四舍五入。每天0 8时观测 1次。

1. Data Overview:
This dataset is a manually observed frozen soil depth dataset from Qilian Station, spanning from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011, with observations conducted at 08:00 daily.

2. Data Content:
This dataset records frozen soil depth measurements obtained via frost tubes. Soil frost observation uses the frozen depth (length) of water poured into the rubber inner tube of the buried frost tubes as the recorded data. The frozen soil layers, together with their upper and lower limit depths, are determined based on the location and length of ice formation inside the frost tubes embedded in the soil. The unit is centimeter (cm), with all values rounded to the nearest integer. Observations are carried out once daily at 08:00.
