RNA-seq of 14 Wheat Cultivars. Wheat pan-transcriptome

RNA-seq of 14 hexaploid bread cultivars, sampled at four developmental stages (whole roots, spikelet, grain, and flag leaf), and whole aerial organs sampled two hours after dusk (23:00) and four hours after dawn (9:00). Directional RNA-seq libraries were constructed for each sample and sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 with 150 bp paired-end reads.

本数据集针对14个六倍体面包小麦品种开展RNA测序（RNA-seq），采样涵盖4个发育阶段样本（全根、小穗、籽粒与旗叶），以及黄昏后2小时（23:00）、黎明后4小时（9:00）两个时间点的全地上器官样本。为所有样本构建定向RNA测序文库，并在Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台上以150bp双端读长进行测序。
