Total 48 samples with different ANA titer were analyzed for their gene expression profiles with Illumina HumanWG-6 V3 chips Overall design: 10 healthy control (HC) samples with high ANA, 7 first degree relative of SLE patientw (FDR) with high ANA, 10 HCs with low ANA, 6 FDR with low ANA, 15 SLE patients (SLE) with high ANA were used for the microarray analysis.
本研究共纳入48份具有不同抗核抗体（Antinuclear Antibody, ANA）滴度的样本，采用Illumina HumanWG-6 V3基因芯片对其基因表达谱进行分析。实验整体设计如下：共纳入10份高ANA滴度的健康对照（Healthy Control, HC）样本、7份高ANA滴度的系统性红斑狼疮（Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, SLE）患者一级亲属（First Degree Relative, FDR）样本、10份低ANA滴度的健康对照样本、6份低ANA滴度的SLE患者一级亲属样本，以及15份高ANA滴度的SLE患者样本，所有上述样本均用于本次芯片表达谱分析。
