LDL-migration index, an indicator of sdLDL, was analyzed in patients with NAFLD by PAGE. Numbers represent the mean ± SD. P-values* are for comparisons between NAFL and NASH groups using ANOVA with Scheffe's multiple testing corrections. P-values** are for comparisons among groups of controls, NAFL and NASH using Kruskal–Wallis tests.

本研究采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis, PAGE）检测了非酒精性脂肪性肝病（Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, NAFLD）患者体内的低密度脂蛋白迁移指数（LDL-migration index）——该指标为小而密低密度脂蛋白（small dense Low-Density Lipoprotein, sdLDL）的相关评价指标。所有数据以均值±标准差（mean ± SD）表示。其中，带*的P值用于通过方差分析（Analysis of Variance, ANOVA）结合谢弗多重检验校正，比较非酒精性脂肪肝（Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver, NAFL）组与非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis, NASH）组的组间差异；带**的P值则通过克鲁斯卡尔-沃利斯检验（Kruskal–Wallis tests），完成对照组、非酒精性脂肪肝组与非酒精性脂肪性肝炎组的多组间比较。原发性队列与验证队列的血清脂质水平及脂蛋白亚类特征。
