Untargeted LC-MS/MS analysis of Kyphosid gut samples (stomach, foregut, midgut, hindgut, and pyloric caeca) collected after a monodiet feeding trial ran in Kona, HI in Feb 2020. Farmed fish were raised on a diet of sargassum, gracilaria, or a mixture of the two seaweeds, and wild fish were also caught and sampled for comparison.
本数据集包含2020年2月于美国夏威夷州科纳市开展的单饵喂养试验后采集的舵鱼（Kyphosid）肠道样本的非靶向液相色谱-串联质谱（Untargeted LC-MS/MS）分析数据，所涉样本涵盖胃、前肠、中肠、后肠及幽门盲囊。该试验中，养殖鱼类分别以马尾藻（Sargassum）、江蓠（Gracilaria）或二者混合藻为饲料，同时还捕获了野生鱼类并取样以作对照。
