Desert v. Vinegar Flies: Psychophysics

To generate the plots and statistics for the three psychophysics experiments under three lighting levels:<br> 1. Unzip all the .zip files generating folders of the same name.<br> 2. Combine the contents of the folders MEL and MEL (2) into a signel folder called MEL.<br> 3. Make sure to have Python 3.6+ and the following python packages installed:<br> -matplotlib<br> -numpy<br> -scikit-learn<br> -scipy<br> -seaborn<br> -statsmodels<br> 4. In the terminal, cd to this folder and run:<br> ~! python3 analysis.py<br> This will display and save plots including those used in the publication.<br> 5. To plot the summary line plots, run:<br> ~! python3 light_conditions.py<br><br>

本数据集用于生成三种光照水平下三项心理物理学实验的绘图与统计结果：
1. 解压所有.zip压缩包，生成与压缩包同名的文件夹。
2. 将MEL与MEL (2)两个文件夹中的内容合并至名为MEL的单个文件夹中。
3. 确保已安装Python 3.6及以上版本，并安装以下Python依赖包：
- matplotlib
- numpy
- scikit-learn
- scipy
- seaborn
- statsmodels
4. 在终端中切换至当前文件夹并执行以下命令：

该命令将展示并保存包括本论文所用绘图在内的各类图表。
5. 若需绘制汇总折线图，执行以下命令：
~! python3 light_conditions.py
