A new monoterpenoid
indole alkaloid, kopsiyunnanine K, was isolated
from Kopsia arborea. Its intriguing
rearranged structure and absolute configuration, which were inferred
from spectral data and a possible biosynthetic pathway, were determined
on the basis of a 13-step asymmetric total synthesis.
本研究从倒披针叶狗牙花(Kopsia arborea)中分离得到一种新的单萜吲哚生物碱(monoterpenoid indole alkaloid),命名为柯氏云南碱K(kopsiyunnanine K)。该化合物具有独特的重排骨架结构,其绝对构型先通过光谱数据与潜在生物合成途径进行推演,最终经13步不对称全合成得以确证。
