Inactivation of YAP1 in human bladder cancer cell (UC3)

transcriptomic data for UC3-siYAP1 were generated to observe changes in downstream genes in bladder cancer cells Overall design: Total RNA was recorded 24 h after each transfection of control siRNA (siCON) or siYAP1 into the human bladder cancer cell line (UC3).
