This dataset contains bromine (Br) concentration measurements from lacustrine sediments of Lake Chasha, Kamchatka Peninsula, Russia. The data were obtained using synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence (SR-XRF) core scanning at a spatial resolution of 1 mm. The record spans the period from 771 CE to 2022 CE (calibrated age model). Analytical work was performed at the Siberian Center for Synchrotron and Terahertz Radiation, Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
