Community composition of Symbiodiniaceae in Porites lutea

The subclade Symbiodiniaceae was identified by amplifying the internal transcribed spacer region 2.Due to the limitations of the ITS2 gene as a multicopy marker, sequence-based OTU analyses and ITS2 analyses were used to reveal symbiotic Symbiodiniaceae diversity and community composition in different Porites lutea samples.

本研究通过扩增内部转录间隔区2（ITS2），完成了共生藻科（Symbiodiniaceae）演化支的鉴定。鉴于ITS2基因作为多拷贝标记基因存在固有局限性，本研究采用基于序列的操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit，OTU）分析与ITS2序列分析，以揭示不同盾形孔珊瑚（Porites lutea）样本中共生藻科类群的多样性及群落组成特征。
