该菌株在CM0017培养基上25℃生长良好,需氧类型为好氧可用于研究；生产。可采用液氮超低温冻结法；真空冷冻干燥法；矿物油法；定期移植法进行保藏。15天长满斜面，菌丝白色、浓密。液体深层发酵温度23-25℃，pH值为5.5-7，发酵周期3-4天。药用，适合液体发酵法生产菌丝体。
This strain grows well on CM0017 medium at 25°C, and is aerobic, suitable for both research and industrial production. It can be preserved via ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen freezing, vacuum freeze-drying, mineral oil overlay, and regular subculture methods. It fully colonizes the slant medium after 15 days of incubation, with white and dense mycelia. For submerged liquid fermentation, the optimal temperature ranges from 23°C to 25°C, pH value from 5.5 to 7, and the fermentation cycle lasts 3 to 4 days. It has medicinal value and is suitable for mycelium production through submerged liquid fermentation.
