Placental gene-expression profiles of Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP). Homo sapiens

DNA microarray was applied to characterize the whole-genome expression profiles of placentas during ICP development. Overall design: Pregnant women were categorized evenly into three groups: healthy group; mild ICP, with serum bile-acid concentration ranging from 10–40 uM; and severe ICP, with bile-acid concentration >40 uM.

本研究采用DNA微阵列（DNA microarray）技术，对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy, ICP）发生发展过程中胎盘的全基因组表达谱进行表征分析。整体实验设计：将妊娠妇女平均分为三组：健康对照组；轻度ICP组，其血清胆汁酸浓度范围为10–40 μM；重度ICP组，其血清胆汁酸浓度＞40 μM。
