This study tested the effectiveness of a brief intervention based on Schultz’s autogenic training (AT) in improving sleep quality and reducing COVID-19–related anxiety among university students. A randomized, repeated-measures design was employed with 90 participants (ages 18–30; M = 21.11), assigned to one of three groups: relaxation with AT recording (EG1), control music recording (EG2), or no-intervention control (CG). The two-week intervention was evaluated using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the Fear of COVID-19 Scale (FCV-19S).

本研究检验了基于舒尔茨自主训练(autogenic training, AT)的简短干预方案在提升大学生睡眠质量、缓解新冠相关焦虑方面的有效性。本研究采用随机重复测量设计,共招募90名年龄介于18至30岁的参与者(平均年龄M=21.11),将其随机分配至三组:自主训练音频放松组(EG1)、对照音乐音频组(EG2)以及无干预对照组(CG)。本次为期两周的干预效果,通过匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI)与新冠恐惧量表(Fear of COVID-19 Scale, FCV-19S)进行评估。
