Our goal was to compare the transcriptomic profile of lgr5+ high, medium and low cells (corresponding to centre, border and >3 row in crypts) between small and large intestine in mice. We observed differences in the transcriptional profile between centre and border Lgr5+ cells within small and large intestinal crypts and more profound differences between the two intestinal sites. Overall design: mRNA profiles of lgr5+ high, medium and low cells (corresponding to centre, border and >3 row in crypts) between small and large intestine in mice.
本研究旨在比较小鼠小肠与大肠内不同表达丰度的Lgr5阳性(Lgr5+)细胞(分别对应肠隐窝(crypts)内的中心区、边缘区及第三排以外区域)的转录组谱(transcriptomic profile)。本研究观察到,小鼠小肠及大肠隐窝内的中心区与边缘区Lgr5阳性细胞的转录谱存在差异,且两个肠道部位之间的差异更为显著。实验整体设计:对小鼠小肠与大肠内不同表达丰度的Lgr5阳性(Lgr5+)细胞(对应肠隐窝内的中心区、边缘区及第三排以外区域)开展mRNA表达谱(mRNA profiles)分析。
