Hybrid asseblies of 45 clinical Enterobacteriacae isolates from bloodstream infections of patients in Oxfordshire 2008-2018. NB bc prefixed files are assembled using data demultiplexed by Guppy with reads binned as unclassified additionally demultiplxed with DeepBinner. Assemblies prefixed BC are created from reads demultiplexed using Guppy only.

本数据集收录2008年至2018年间英国牛津郡患者血流感染分离得到的45株临床肠杆菌科（Enterobacteriacae）分离株的混合组装结果。其中，前缀标注为NB bc的组装文件，其组装所用数据为先经Guppy（Guppy）完成解复用，且将其中未分类的测序读段额外通过DeepBinner（DeepBinner）进行解复用得到的测序数据；前缀标注为BC的组装结果，则仅通过经Guppy解复用得到的测序读段构建而成。
