根据《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》、《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法实施条例》、《中华人民共和国教育法》等有关规定，经我局评估组，批准设立合法义务教育阶段学校，应当符合当地教育发展的需求，具备教育法和其他有关法律、法规规定的条件。
In accordance with the relevant provisions of The Private Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China, The Implementation Regulations of the Private Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China, The Education Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant regulations, the legitimate compulsory education schools approved for establishment by the evaluation team of our bureau shall meet the needs of local education development and satisfy the conditions stipulated by the Education Law and other relevant laws and regulations.
