QuantEscape is a MATLAB App and toolkit for quantification of endosomal escape and damage from live-cell fluorescence microscopy images.<br><br>The file contains fluorescence microscopy images of HeLa cells expressing the membrane damage sensor galectin-9, incubated with cholesterol-conjugated siRNA.
