Data and R Code for "Social dominance and cooperation in female vampire bats"

R scripts are numbered in order to run the code. Raw data includes (1) "events.csv" which shows the displacements of captive vampire bats by other vampire bats at feeders, (2) "vampire_bat_attributes_crisp.csv" which has attributes of individual bats in the study, and (3) "bat_mass.csv" which has the average mass of the bats. Other files are outputs of the R scripts. See Crisp et al. "Social dominance and cooperation in female vampire bats".

本研究的R脚本已按代码运行顺序进行编号。原始数据包含以下三类文件：(1) "events.csv"，记录了圈养吸血蝙蝠在取食器处被其他吸血蝙蝠驱赶的行为事件；(2) "vampire_bat_attributes_crisp.csv"，包含本研究中各受试个体蝙蝠的属性信息；(3) "bat_mass.csv"，记录了受试蝙蝠的平均体重。其余文件均为上述R脚本的运行输出结果。详见Crisp等人发表的《Social dominance and cooperation in female vampire bats》。
