Ab (%) represents the average relative abundance of functional microorganisms in samples of S1#-S44# and D1#-D43#. <b>Supplementary</b><b> Table 3</b> Functional genes significantly positively correlated with Geobacter based on the Spearman correlation (*p &lt; 0.05, **p &lt; 0.01). <b>Supplementary</b><b> Table 4</b> Alpha diversity of microbial communities in each sample. The values of the ACE and Chao indices are proportional to the richness of microbial communities.
