Demand for diversity in the executive search industry 2021

According to a survey published in 2021, 33 percent of executive search firms stated their clients do not require diverse shortlists. This compares to only 18 percent of respondents who stated that the majority of their clients requested diversity amongst potential candidates for executive positions.
