Data related to the venue simulation system mainly includes the technical documentation (operation instructions, test cases and test reports) of the custom-developed venue simulation system targeting the functional requirements for Winter Olympics venue and event flow design in this project, user documentation (user usage reports, operation design plans for each venue), as well as the source code of the software "Venue Simulation System". The requirements for this dataset mainly come from various business departments of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Both the software and the data were independently developed and produced by Shipan Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., the undertaking unit of Task 2, and the data was collected at Shipan Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. The technical documents are in DOCX and PDF formats, the software code files are in Java, Vue and C# formats, and the operation design plans are in pack format, with a total data size of 65 MB. The technical documents and operation design plans are fully shareable, while the source code part involves software copyright and can only be used upon approval by Shipan Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
