Acinetobacter pittii and Staphylococcus aureus, previously isolated from the International Space Station were co-cultured together in High Aspect Ratio Vessels, under simulated microgravity and 1G control conditions, to examine horizontal gene transfer activity
此前从国际空间站(International Space Station)分离得到的皮氏不动杆菌(Acinetobacter pittii)与金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus),于高长宽比培养容器(High Aspect Ratio Vessels)中,分别在模拟微重力及1G对照条件下共培养,以考察其水平基因转移活性。
