一种集装箱底板，主要以中等密度的木材为原料，经旋切、组坯、涂胶热压后制成，其特征在于压制成的板材压缩比达20%以上，压制成的坯板经定厚加工后，上下两表面再各胶合0.2～3.0mm的面层材料。采用本技术所制成的集装箱底板，完全可以替代传统的热带硬木胶合板底板，其密度、强度、弹性模量都能符合国际集装箱工业的技术要求。
A container floor panel is primarily fabricated from medium-density wood as the raw material, and manufactured via the processes of rotary cutting, mat assembly, glue coating and hot pressing. It is characterized by a compression ratio of over 20% for the pressed sheet. After the pressed green blank undergoes thickness sizing processing, 0.2 to 3.0 mm of surface layer material is bonded to each of the upper and lower surfaces. The container floor panel produced with this technology can fully replace traditional tropical hardwood plywood floor panels, as its density, strength and modulus of elasticity all comply with the technical requirements of the international container industry.
