CosMx 1000-plex RNA-ISH dataset of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) colon biopsies from healthy controls and patients with ulcerative colitis pre and post treatment, responders and non-responders. Fine_annotation_3 used for manuscript. Addendum 8/29/24 raw fov_positions_file, transposed_exprMat_file, and metadata were added to read into squidpy.

本数据集为福尔马林固定石蜡包埋（formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded, FFPE）结肠活检组织的CosMx 1000重RNA原位杂交（RNA-ISH）数据集，样本来源涵盖健康对照，以及溃疡性结肠炎患者在治疗前后的应答者与无应答者。本手稿采用Fine_annotation_3作为注释文件。2024年8月29日增补的raw fov_positions_file、transposed_exprMat_file及元数据（metadata）已添加，可用于导入Squidpy进行分析。
