以单一磁铁矿、萤石矿、钼矿等尾矿细泥为研究对象,通过酸浸/碱浸/水热碱法-浸出等工艺处理尾矿细泥制备具有细微孔道结构的矿物材料,研究不同工艺参数对制备矿物材料物相和微结构的影响规律及其演变机制,进一步研发尾矿细泥高效制备水处理功能材料关键技术,研究水处理功能材料对Cu2+等重金属离子的去除效率和离子时空迁移规律,优化工艺参数,形成多源尾矿细泥制备重金属水处理功能材料关键技术数据量48.37MB。

Taking fine tailings from single-source magnetite, fluorite, and molybdenum ores as the research object, this work treats the fine tailings via processes including acid leaching, alkali leaching, hydrothermal alkali leaching and other leaching-based technologies to fabricate mineral materials with fine pore structures. It explores the influence rules and evolution mechanisms of various process parameters on the phases and microstructures of the as-fabricated mineral materials. Furthermore, it develops key technologies for the efficient preparation of water treatment functional materials from fine tailings, investigates the removal efficiency of heavy metal ions such as Cu²+ by these functional materials and the spatiotemporal migration rules of the ions, optimizes the process parameters, and establishes key technologies for preparing heavy metal water treatment functional materials from multi-source fine tailings, with a total data volume of 48.37 MB.
