Z chromosome outliers as diagnostic markers to discriminate Mallard and Chinese Spot-billed Duck (Anatidae)

Input files for STRUCTURE, ADMIXTURE, and BAYESCAN for 3,130 Autosomal and 189 Z linked markers as well as individual FASTA files identified using ddRAD-seq protocols for 55 Mallards, Chinese spot-billed Ducks ducks, and Mallard x spotbill hybrids.
