there are two zip files. fluorescence source data.zipStored the source images and PSFs in the experiments<br>Evaluation_and_image_sequence.zip Stored the reconstructed images submitted for the inspection by biologists. Zoomed-in images by our boost-decon and the comparative methods (Huygens,TBV-PB,RLTV, WPL,PURELET) were sent to biologists with info about their processing methods removed for visual inspection. The excel tables are the recorded acceptance rate and quality score for each image by the biologists. Each excel file is from one biologist only.<br>

本数据集包含两个压缩包文件。
1. 荧光源数据压缩包（fluorescence source data.zip），存储了实验中的原始成像数据与点扩散函数（Point Spread Function，PSF）。
2. 评估与成像序列压缩包（Evaluation_and_image_sequence.zip），存储了提交给生物学家进行评审的重构图像。该压缩包中还包含经我们提出的增强反卷积（boost-decon）算法以及对比方法（包括Huygens、TBV-PB、RLTV、WPL、PURELET）生成的放大图像，此类图像已去除算法处理相关信息后发送给生物学家，供视觉评审使用。配套的Excel表格记录了每位生物学家对每张图像的评审接受率与质量评分，且每份Excel文件仅对应一位生物学家的评审结果。
