A mapping population was constructed by crossing an upland cultivar Nerica4 and a phosphorus-efficient landrace DJ123 to dissect genetic factors involved in phosphorus utilization and tolerance to low phosphorus environment. A phosphorus-efficient NDJ188 line that derived from an original Nerica4 x DJ123 cross was backcrossed with Nerica4, and successive BC1F2 generation was genotyped via RAD-Seq.
本研究通过将旱稻品种Nerica4与磷高效地方品种DJ123杂交构建作图群体,旨在解析参与磷利用及低磷环境耐受的遗传因子。从初始Nerica4×DJ123杂交后代中选育获得的磷高效品系NDJ188,以Nerica4为轮回亲本进行回交,并通过限制性酶切位点相关DNA测序(RAD-Seq)对连续获得的BC1F2代群体进行基因型分型。
