We set up a white light co-axial off-axis digital holography system with a magnification of 40x and a numerical aperture of 0.65. In this dataset, the sample consists of red blood cells from the glaucoma patients and the healthy controls, and the media are sodium chloride solutions with concentrations of 0.6%, 0.65%, and 0.7%. Digital holograms are recorded under different fields of view using a CMOS camera, with corresponding background holograms recorded for aberration correction. The exposure time for each hologram is 30000ms.
我们搭建了一套放大倍率为40倍、数值孔径(numerical aperture)为0.65的白光同轴离轴数字全息系统。本数据集的样本为青光眼患者与健康对照者的红细胞,实验介质为浓度分别为0.6%、0.65%与0.7%的氯化钠溶液。采用CMOS相机(Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor)在不同视场下记录数字全息图,并同步采集对应的背景全息图以用于像差校正。每张全息图的曝光时长为30000ms。
