Wound-induced neoblast specialization in S. mediterranea

We report the expression of mRNA transcripts in X1 neoblast isolated by FACS followin amputation of the head (anterior wounding) and amputation of the pharyx and tail (posterior wounding) at 0 and 48 hours RNA-sequencing of pre-pharyngeal X1 cells from anterior and posterior facing wounds at 0 and 48 hrs after wounding in S. mediterranea

本研究报道了地中海扁形虫（Schmidtea mediterranea，S. mediterranea）中X1新胚细胞（X1 neoblast）的mRNA转录本表达谱。实验采用荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）分离目标细胞，分别对头部截肢（前部创伤）、咽部与尾部截肢（后部创伤）后的0小时及48小时的咽前区X1细胞进行RNA测序。
