Gravity with Memory: Non-Markovian Vacuum Response and Galactic Infrared Closure, audit and reproducibility package. This record provides the frozen input tables, normalised derived tables, and scripts required to regenerate the numerical audit reported in the companion paper and its Supplement. The canonical comparison table is output/audit_mem_vs_halo_sys0.10.csv. Running make verify checks package integrity via SHA256; running make run regenerates the summary report in doc/RESULTS_SUPP.txt, the SLACS summary in doc/RESULTS_SLACS.txt, and the PDE single-galaxy sanity log in doc/PDE_SANITY.log. The package includes the SPARC rotation-curve inputs and the SLACS catalogue used by the audit.
