High-throughput sequencing data of nifH genes in the treeline ecotone on Sygera Mountain

This is the high-throughput sequencing data of nifH genes of 24 soil samples between above and below the treeline on both the sunny and shady slopes. 1-6: sunny slopes below treeline; 7-12: sunny slopes above treeline; 13-18: shady slopes below treeline; 19-24: shady slopes above treeline.

本数据集涵盖采自阳坡与阴坡林线上下区域的24份土壤样本的nifH基因（nifH genes）高通量测序数据，各组样本编号对应关系为：1~6号样本对应林线下方阳坡；7~12号样本对应林线上方阳坡；13~18号样本对应林线下方阴坡；19~24号样本对应林线上方阴坡。
