Characterizing transcriptional consequences of the CXCdel mutation in K562

We characterized the effects that the CXCdel mutation had on gene expression in K562. Overall design: RNA was isolated and sequenced to assess transcriptional differences between wild type and CXCdel knock-in K562 cells.
