The present work aims to perform a comparative characterization of repeatomes of Hedysarum flavescens Rgl. et Schmalh. and Hedysarum alpinum L., which includes high throughput DNA sequencing with low coverage, genome-wide bioinformatic analyzes by RepeatExplorer pipelines, FISH chromosome mapping of the identified specific satDNAs and also searching new important molecular chromosome markers, to provide information about the changes occurred in their genomes during speciation.
本研究旨在对黄白岩黄耆(Hedysarum flavescens Rgl. et Schmalh.)与高山岩黄耆(Hedysarum alpinum L.)的重复序列组(repeatome)开展比较特征分析,研究内容涵盖低覆盖度高通量DNA测序、基于RepeatExplorer流程的全基因组生物信息学分析、对鉴定得到的特异性卫星DNA(satDNA)进行荧光原位杂交(Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization, FISH)染色体定位,以及筛选新型重要分子染色体标记,以期为阐明二者在物种形成过程中其基因组所发生的变化提供相关信息支撑。
