To verify whether ezetimibe inhibits myofibroblast differentiation at the transcriptome level and to reveal the mechanism of action of ezetimibe, we sequenced primary human lung fibroblasts that we isolated and cultured. Overall design: Comparative gene expression analysis of mRNA-Seq data from primary human lung fibroblasts treated with TGFβ1 and/or ezetimibe (Negative control/ TGFβ1-treated positive control / TGFβ1&ezetimibe-treated group).
为验证依泽替米贝(ezetimibe)是否在转录组层面抑制肌成纤维细胞分化,并揭示其作用机制,我们对分离培养的原代人肺成纤维细胞进行了mRNA测序。实验总体设计:对经TGFβ1及/或依泽替米贝处理的原代人肺成纤维细胞的mRNA测序数据开展比较基因表达分析,设置三组对照:阴性对照组、TGFβ1处理阳性对照组、TGFβ1与依泽替米贝联合处理组。
