雄安新区1km栅格年平均风速数据集（2006年）

针对传统的基于站点数据的空间插值方法中，地形复杂地区的站点代表性较差以及站点的空间分布差异性的问题，利用NCEP/NCAR全球气候再分析资料雄安新区区域气候要素数据及MODISNDVI和DEM数据，将分辨率较低的NCEP/NCAR气候要素数据降尺度到1km分辨率，得到雄安新区1km栅格逐年平均风速数据集，数据集时间为2006年。该数据集适用于从事地貌、自然地理、生态、灾害、资源、环保、农业、林业、国防等相关研究的科技工作者使用，也适用于政府决策部门使用。

To address the challenges of poor representativeness and uneven spatial distribution of meteorological stations in topographically complex regions when using traditional spatial interpolation methods based on station observation data, this work employed NCEP/NCAR Global Climate Reanalysis Data, regional climate factor data of the Xiong'an New Area, MODIS Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) data, and Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data. The low-resolution NCEP/NCAR climate factor data was downscaled to a 1km spatial resolution, yielding a 1km grid annual average wind speed dataset for the Xiong'an New Area, with the dataset covering the year 2006. This dataset is suitable for researchers engaged in relevant studies including geomorphology, physical geography, ecology, disaster research, resource management, environmental protection, agriculture, forestry, and national defense, as well as government decision-making departments.
