*** Purity Panel (Neutrophils) ***
To access whether differences we observed in our neutrophil data could be due to differences in neutrophil purity among groups, we used a panel of 2 antibodies. The antibodies used are CD11b(Vioblue), Ly6g(APC). Neutrophil samples were analyzed using the MacsQuant10, and gating were performed using FlowLogic version 7. A sample sheet is included in the folder to be able to distinguish the different groups.

*** 中性粒细胞纯度检测抗体组合 ***
为评估我们在中性粒细胞数据中观测到的差异是否源于各组间中性粒细胞纯度的差异，我们采用了包含2种抗体的检测组合。所用抗体为CD11b(Vioblue)、Ly6g(APC)。中性粒细胞样本通过MacsQuant10流式细胞仪完成分析，设门分析采用FlowLogic 7版本软件进行。本文件夹内附带样本信息表，用于区分不同实验组。
