Annotated single-cell transcriptomic atlases of human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and mouse PDAC models, paired with the preprint Lucarelli et al., bioRxiv (2026). Files Human atlas: 16 studies, 257 donors, scANVI-integrated, four-level hierarchical cell-state annotation. Mouse atlas: 101 tumours from autochthonous GEMMs and orthotopic syngeneic allografts, annotated with the same hierarchy as in human.
