Example file of the Bruker miniTDF file format for raw mass spectrometry data from the timsTOF instrument series.
miniTDF is a file format optimized for Bruker systems within ProteoScape. It operates similarly to TDF (`.d` folder) and comprises two main files for each data type: a binary file with a '.bin' extension and an index file with a '.parquet' extension. These files follow a specific naming convention: <producing-engine-name>.<domain-name>.<extension>. For instance, for MS2 spectrum information, the files are named as follows:
*.ms2spectrum.bin
*.ms2spectrum.parquet
