Three files associated with observation are attached, which are all in '.mat' format.'obs_ke_atmosphere.mat' gives the observations based on GPS (variables with gps in thier names) and VMS (variables with vms in thier names)'obs_ke_sst.mat' gives the observed SST field wit same locations as VMS.'obs_ke.mat' offers the observations based on ADCP (variables with adcp in thier names) and CTD (variables with ctd in thier names)
Two files associated with ECCO2 are uploaded, which are all in '.nc' format.
'ECCO2SST.nc' is the SST field and 'ECCO2Qnet.nc' is the heat flux.
The Infrmer observation (SST LHF and SHF) is in the 'Ifremer.mat' file.
本次附带3份与观测相关的文件,全部采用.mat格式存储。其中:
`obs_ke_atmosphere.mat`包含基于全球定位系统(Global Positioning System, GPS,变量名含gps字段)与船舶监测系统(Vessel Monitoring System, VMS,变量名含vms字段)的观测数据;
`obs_ke_sst.mat`提供了与VMS测点位置一致的实测海表温度(Sea Surface Temperature, SST)场;
`obs_ke.mat`则包含基于声学多普勒海流剖面仪(Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler, ADCP,变量名含adcp字段)与温盐深仪(Conductivity-Temperature-Depth, CTD,变量名含ctd字段)的观测数据。
本次上传2份与ECCO2相关的文件,全部采用.nc格式存储。其中`ECCO2SST.nc`为海表温度场,`ECCO2Qnet.nc`为净热通量数据。
法国海洋开发研究院(Ifremer)的观测数据(包含海表温度、潜热通量(Latent Heat Flux, LHF)与感热通量(Sensible Heat Flux, SHF))存储于`Ifremer.mat`文件中。
