Immune profiling of salivary gland and lymph node in Sjogren's Syndrome

Single-cell immune profiling (RNA-seq and BCR-seq) of one salivary gland and a lymph node of Sjogren's Syndrome patients. The goal is to identify genes that are (differentially) expressed in autoreactive B cells.
